What you get

NAV that keeps up with the fund.

Continuous calculation

NAV is a live view of the ledger, not a period-end project. Market moves, trades, fees, and capital flows are reflected as they post.

Configurable lock dates

Publish to investors on the schedule your documents require. Daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly lock dates control exactly what LPs see and when.

Per-investor ownership

Each investor’s ownership percentage and capital account recalculate automatically as subscriptions and redemptions flow through.

Performance and benchmarks

Returns are charted from inception and compared against benchmarks like SPY, so NAV is a story your investors can follow, not just a number.

Open-end ready

Built for funds that never close.

Rolling subscriptions, redemption windows, and NAV that cannot wait until quarter-end are the normal case in Easefolio, not an exception an administrator has to support. Capital moves in, ownership recalculates, NAV publishes.

  • Rolling subscription and redemption tracking in real time
  • Dynamic LP ownership recalculation as capital flows
  • Portal lock dates for daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly reporting
  • Liquid and illiquid holdings valued in one NAV
  • Automated bookkeeping built for continuous fund activity

Questions

Common questions about real-time nav.

How are private assets valued in a real-time NAV?

You set the mark and the cadence. Market-priced assets update live; private assets carry the valuation you enter until you update it, and the fund-level NAV reflects both.

Can I control when investors see a new NAV?

Yes. Lock dates let you publish on a fixed schedule even though the underlying calculation is continuous. Investors see the locked figure; you see everything.

Does this work for closed-end funds too?

Yes. Closed-end vehicles get the same continuous ledger and reporting; they simply publish on a quarterly cadence with capital calls and distributions instead of subscriptions and redemptions.
