Pricing questions

Do I need a credit card to start the free trial?
No. The 14-day free trial needs no credit card. You can fully onboard, connect your accounts, and bring in all of your data before you pay anything.
What happens on day 15?
If you have not added a card, your account becomes read-only until you choose a plan. Nothing is deleted, and your investors keep their access. Add a card any time to keep making changes.
How are seats counted?
A seat is each fund manager on your team with read and write access: the people entering data into Easefolio and doing portfolio management, portfolio projections, tax planning, and income statement and balance sheet reviews. One seat covers every fund that manager runs, with no per-fund charge. Read-only seats are free, and investors (LPs) are always free.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel in the app whenever you like. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew after that.
Is Easefolio a fund administrator?
No. Easefolio is software: a system that helps your back office run better and more efficiently. Fund administration is offered separately by Black Mountain Solutions (BMS), which provides partial or full fund administration run on Easefolio's technology. Are taxes included?
Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes. Sales tax, VAT, or similar taxes may be added where required.
